Products & Descriptions

Wild Soul offers handmade jewellery and body scrubs. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are considered normal and part of their unique character.

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately, however we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect colours perfectly.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order at our discretion

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order

  • Correct pricing or description errors

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including postal or courier delays. Wild Soul is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are not accepted on body scrubs or jewellery worn against the skin.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged items.

Product Use & Care

Our products are designed to be used as intended. Wild Soul is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or allergic reactions. Please review ingredient lists carefully before use.
