Wild Soul Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wild Soul, every piece is created with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. Because many of our products are handcrafted jewellery and body scrubs, our returns policy is guided by hygiene standards and Australian Consumer Law.

🌿 Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on:

  • Body scrubs

  • Earrings or jewellery worn against the skin

Please choose carefully, and feel free to reach out before purchasing if you have questions — we’re always happy to help you find the right piece.

✨ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re so sorry — that’s not the Wild Soul experience we want for you.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is not as described

  • Is unsafe or not fit for its intended purpose

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

🌙 Jewellery Care & Wear

Our jewellery is handmade and designed to be worn with love, but natural wear over time is not considered a fault. We recommend following the care instructions provided to keep your pieces glowing.

🌾 Body Scrubs

For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened scrubs cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
